Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

As a small property manager with a corporate office out of state, Rippling allows for seamless synchronization between my location and HR. From onboarding staff to personal action documentation to payroll administration, Rippling makes it all simple and efficient. It also is easily accessible via mobile phones or tablets. For a hands-on operator, it minimizes my time at a desk and allows me to spend more time with my staff and clients.

Because our head of HR acts as the Rippling Administrator most issues go through her and it isn't as direct

Because it is just incredibly user friendly
Overall Rippling is a great app/platform. As an active manager, it just makes my job easier which enables me more focus time on the bigger picture!
