Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I use Rippling to see which Holidays I have off, to see my current salary, process my time off requests, enroll in my benefits, and view those benefits based on if they are Medical, Dental, or Vision. I can see everything that I need in one place and it makes it so simple and easy to access any information I need if I'm on the phone with the healthcare provider that needs my insurance info.
- Insurance Benefits - I can see all of my coverage in one place, whether it is Medical, Dental, or Vision, and I can see the details of my plan's coverage wholistically
- Time Off Requests - I request time off in Rippling and my manager can either accept or reject these requests, and I immediately get a notification when she has done so.
- I get an email every time that my pay comes into my account from Rippling, and there's always a fun little message with it! Who doesn't love notifications when it's payday!
- My company's Holiday Calendar is not the same for all sects of the organization, for example, Operations has different Vacation days than Sales. I am not sure if this is something that can be changed or if Rippling requires company-wide holidays in each employee's profile. Sometimes Rippling will say we have off when Operations doesn't.
- I can't access the Holiday Calendar in the Rippling app, and I have to log in on my laptop.
- For me, it is important as an employee to know what my benefits are whenever I need to pull them, and to have it all on one site no matter how many providers I elect to have is crucial.
- The breakdown of each paycheck is easily accessible, and the company providing that information to me through Rippling increases my employee satisfaction
I used Gusto previously at this company. As we grew, I believe we selected Rippling because we knew that we needed a more holistic view of payroll, time off, and benefits that Gusto just couldn't provide. We also knew that the more detailed information our employees can pull from Rippling, the happier they would be and the easier it would be to ensure that employees are maximizing their benefits provided by the company.
