Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling takes the hassle out of doing tasks. with everyone demanding a part of our day, it's nice to be able to complete tasks in a timely manner and move on to other things. the layout is very simple and straightforward - you can see the items listed that need immediate attention, and a menu of the other features available. instead of ignoring that benefit update, just go ahead and get it done - it's not that bad.

  • it helps me complete everything needed by HR
the platform is simple and easy to use from the perspective of a user. I am not a part of the decision-making process or able to choose which product is used at the company. but compared to a few other national and proprietary HR systems, this one has been the best one I have used. it's not confusing and the info you need is easily available.

as stated on previous comments, the features / items are easy to understand and allows users to go in there and find out what needs to be completed and do that in a very timely manner. it makes things very smooth and i do not dread trying to updated or complete things that need to be done.
I have had no issues with rippling. the paperwork process and benefits that we get through the platform have been a simple timesaver. my company is not using every feature in rippling, so there are extra tabs that offer things that do not apply and should be able to remove as an option or something.
