Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I use Rippling to hire and fire employees and manage benefits, payroll, timecards, and other benefits. It addresses the issue of hiring and firing employees in an efficient way. We hire onboard and offboard a lot of medical field staff on a daily basis, and Rippling allows us to do that in a way that is easily tracked and managed.

I think Rippling is a lot easier to use and understand than Oracle is. I used Oracle in my previous job to perform similar tasks that I use Rippling for. However, the Oracle user interface was not as simple as the Rippling user interface. Rippling is self-intuitive, it is easy to understand how to use it and it kind of teaches the user how to use it without needing a training.
