Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling manages our payroll and medical benefits. Simple to use, excellent communication between our company and theirs. Their website is intuitive and they seem to combine all aspects of employee needs into one platform. I was not familiar with Rippling prior to our company partnering with them, but I can recommend based on my interactions thus far. We are growing quickly, so this seems like a good fit for our business.

My employer selected Rippling. I've used Zenefits in the past, but prefer the Rippling interface.

Easy to navigate. Their interface is clean and simple.
This seems like a good solution for a small to midsize company. I haven't interacted with them outside of my current employer, but I'm very pleased with their attention to detail and their ability to scale with our company. Lots of features can be added to their platform, too, which will be key as we expand.
