Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to submit time off, view benefits, view employee information, and connect to apps for things like 401K. This product does a great job of being a central hub where I can easily navigate between some of the more administrative employee tasks and information.

One of the most user friendly pieces of technology that I have ever used. I find it very intuitive.
I think rippling is an incredible HR management tool. It takes the pressure off of HR and managers and allows users to self-serve in a very user-friendly, engaging way. As a user, I'm signing in to my Rippling account weekly, if not more. I would highly recommend it to any small or medium-sized business, looking for a technology solution in the HR space.
