Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I used it as an employee to get paid and to request time off. It was great and had a wonderful experience with it. It organized everything I needed as an HR solution. I would use it again, the reasons I would use it again include organization, simplicity, ease of use, and quality of the software.

Rippling stacks up against Gusto very well, they both manage HR services very well. I like both of them and they help me as an employee work day to day and week to week, even year to year. I love them both but I would pick Gusto more because it is slightly easier to use.
Rippling supports and enables, and empowers its users every day. I never needed support but I have full faith in their ability to help me if I needed it. They are a wonderful company and they have a wonderful product that enables every employee and user. They do a great job.

The useability is great, it is not hard to use whatsoever or set up. I have had a wonderful experience using it easily and using every function of it seamlessly with my day-to-day work as an employee using an HR management tool. It works great, and I am happy to use it.
Rippling is great because it enables the employee to have all things HR at their fingertips. A scenario where it is great is it provides you with paystubs immediately on the payday. It also provides you with quick access to requesting time off that gets sent directly to your manager.
