Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

While working remotely, I use Rippling everyday to track my hours and PTO. It also made the benefits enrollment process so easy. With past companies, benefits enrollment has been overwhelming, confusing, and stressful. This time it was a breeze, and I felt confident that I was making the correct elections and wasn't missing information.

  • I'd love to see Rippling give notifications to remind me to clock in/out, take a break, throughout the day. I'm often having the go back and edit my time entries.
  • It makes the administrative tasks of my job (tracking hours, for example) so easy, so I can devote my time to being more productive

Very user-friendly at the employee level for things like time tracking and benefits enrollment.
Great for easily guiding new hires through their onboarding and benefits enrollment. I was really impressed with the ease of use, and felt it also reflected positively on my new employer that they were using a platform to make things simple for me.
