Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to manage my payroll, my insurance benefits and schedule my time off. This product puts managing all the things I need in one area. The previous product that was used one worked for payroll not anything else. I use Rippling very regularly, since I need to like to manage where and how much of my paycheck goes to whichever account. I also like to check what my benefits are when I need to use them.

Pros

Cons

  • Explain the insurance process in more detail before it just throws to into choosing
  • Making sure I really understand how much of my money goes where
  • The bank deposit area needs to be clarification
  • I think it made it easier for the company to manage everything in one instead of having multiple products to use
Like I mentioned before, it puts everything I need to manage my paycheck, insurance benefits and time off all in one. While the other products have some of those features it didn't have them all and definitely not in as easy to deal with format. I do think Rippling has made a considerable difference in our company from what my coworkers have mentioned.
I have never had to use support services so I can't give an actual rating for it.I am starting to dislike answering a question about something that I can't really give a response to but the survey is still forcing me to type out fifty words. I'm definitely really annoyed.

Rippling is a good product. It manages all the things my company wants it to. From payroll and its allocation, to insurance and what benefits I want to use and how to use it and if and when I want to use my paid time off or what vacation days I plan to use.
One particular scenario where I believe Rippling is well suited, is when I needed to distribute my paycheck into two separate accounts. This was so new to me and it saved me time and fees having to do this after I get my paycheck, then having to send it either through a send money app or wiring.
