Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Rippling on a daily bases. I use it to check and approve time cards. I use Rippling to manage PTO and PTO requests. It's a great program that has all the information I need in one place. I have used it to make insurance options and house any documents the company wants to share.

Usability

I have enjoyed using the program and what it offers. It has been an easy way to approve time cards. It is also easy to view PTO and manage time.

Likelihood to Recommend

Rippling allowed me to easily find what PTO an employee on my team had. Makes it easy to approve or decline PTO and reminders to approve/decline. It would be easier if managing PTO was under one profile instead of 2. Finding which profile to request and approve PTO can be confusing in the beginning.
