Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for nearly all HR needs. From employee management to payroll, benefits, device management, and more. It really streamlines my work. Nothing falls through the cracks and even when I encounter issues or challenges, the support team is super helpful. It really is a one-stop-shop for all things HR.

  • Support Chat does send you to articles before they will connect you with a support tech. Sometimes this works, but more often it's super annoying.

Mostly, Support is great! I have found that sometimes I have to ask my question a couple different ways to get more than just an article in response to it. (Not everything is solved with an article!).

I find Rippling easy to navigate and is mostly user-friendly.
Rippling is very well-suited for small but rapidly growing businesses. It is not good for a single contractor. It is also very well suited for larger companies. I really think it an grow with you, which is an asset.
