Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used for HR and Payroll.

Pros

  • Very user-friendly interface
  • Clear navigation
  • Easy to find information

Cons

  • Not always clear that tasks are clickable (but this is VERY minor, overall very pleased with this program).
  • I don't know, I'm only a user not an admin.
  • As an employee, it has cut down on frustration, so I imagine this is good for freeing up HR employees from dealing with questions and issues related to non-functioning systems.
So much better. It was selected by the company, but it is much easier to use.
I have never contacted support.

Excellent
Really great user interface, very easy to navigate and use. Information is easy to find. Much more user-friendly than other HR/Payroll/Benefit management systems I've used before.
