Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I've only recently started using Rippling, but I'm already impressed. I didn't think a 1-stop-shop for payroll, training, device management, and application management even existed, but Rippling is all those things and honestly more. I can't speak to the HR side of Rippling but I can speak to the IT side. If you are looking for a lightweight tool that lets you remotely manage users, applications, and devices, Rippling has you covered. The combination of Device Management and Inventory Management allows us to configure, secure, ship, store, and push out scripts/applications all from the Rippling console. Add in App Management and you can get services like Office 365, Slack, Monday, and Google integrated with Ripping. Many services even offer SSO through Ripping. My only "complaint" would be that there isn't much transparency on the technical end. You will have to depend on support and/or dig through local device logs if things go wrong. That said, support has been wonderful, so no complaints there.

- Better technical visibility
- Better store options
- Rippling streamlined our entire IT department
- PDQ Deploy & Inventory and Ivanti Endpoint Manager
PDQ is great, but I can't speak for their remote agent capability. For on-prem environments, or environments that are always on VPN, it's great and honestly more customizable than Rippling. Ivanti Endpoint Manager is absolutely horrible. I use any chance I can to tell people not to invest in that product. It is a patchwork version of the old LANdesk program, and it shows it's age.
