Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for handling onboarding documents and paperwork, as well as electing benefits through our health insurance provider.

Pros

  • Streamlining the process of uploading proof-of-identity documents for onboarding
  • Adding your signature to all necessary forms and agreements
  • Choosing health insurance benefits

Cons

  • More detail on the types of benefits selections for health insurance, including use cases for each one
  • N/A
It's harder in Paycor to figure out what benefits I've elected for, especially when they're split up between being listed in Paycor and only being listed in the insurance vendor portal.

It's very clean and easy to use.
Everything is made really simple and easy to use. The streamlined flow makes it clear how much you have left to do in the onboarding process and what steps are important.
