Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is our replacement HRIS system. We leverage it for payroll, Learning Management (Compliance), and employee benefits. rippling delivers for us a comprehensive one-stop shop for these various HR functions and provided an extremely user-friendly experience in interface.

It can practically be self-taught.
Rippling is a clean, easy to use application that is extremely intuitive for the user. It is easy to navigate and understand the simple terminology. The Learning Management module is exceptionally easy to use and navigate.
