Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling HRIS for payroll, time & attendance, Benefits, learning management, recruiting, background checks, headcount and compensation budgeting, etc. What is great about Rippling is that it is very user friendly. One of my favorite app's is the insurance app. It takes away 75% of my job when it comes to offering an employee health insurance. It makes it easy for employees to understand what they are signing up for and how much it is going to cost. The same goes for terminating an employees insurance after they leave the company. It even sends all the supporting documents for cobra. It has made my job so much easier

  • reporting- some of the reporting is confusing

  • Reporting has had a negative because we had seen discrepancies
  • Easy use for employee
ADP not user friendly. Hard to connect with support. I had issues in ADP finding reports.

Easy to use. If there is any confusion, the support team is quick to help and provide step by step guidance
I had an issue with changing a break policy. I requested to speak to an agent because I couldn't understand the how to guide. I was able to speak to an agent within 10 minutes of requesting. The agent was able to walk me through the policy change and I was done in a couple of minutes. Very helpful
