Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling has an easy to use dashboard where I can login to request time off or view vacation / sick time, access the company handbook, pay stub information,etc.

Pros

  • Easy Dashboard Layout
  • Viewing / Logging Time Off
  • Viewing Pay Stub Information

Cons

  • The features I use on Rippling are easy to access.
  • Too many email reminders to update MDM server but the box is grayed out
  • As a user of Rippling, I would think that having everything streamlined saves time for our HR department.
