Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling as an employee of a telehealth company. I'm a salaried employee with full benefits, all managed by Rippling. I have found the program to be easily accessible and have no difficulty overseeing my benefits. I find the program to be well organized and can easily make changes as needed.

Pros

  • Easy access to benefits management.
  • Easy to navigate for all HR needs.

Cons

  • finding pay schedule.
  • None
The support tab is easily visible and does not need support, though the seemingly transparent help desk is available.

Easily accessible HR needs met.
I found my onboarding experience to be without difficulty, and I continue to enjoy using it to monitor payroll accuracy. I've had no scenario where I might find it unsuitable for a company.
