Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling provides me with a systematic dashboard that outlines the profiles of my associates. The same dashboard provides me with visibility on everyone's accumulated PTOs for any given year.

Its User Interface is also very easy on the eyes, and things are placed where you'll instinctively find them which is a very human feature.

With continuous improvements and a focus on user experience, Rippling has the potential to further enhance its usability rating.
Rippling provides a single platform to manage all aspects of my team, from onboarding to offboarding. This greatly lessens the need to juggle between multiple systems and reduces administrative burdens. This also streamlines time-off requests and approvals, ensuring adequate coverage and avoiding scheduling conflicts. Overall, it's a one-stop-shop for my management needs.
