Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for our clock in and out, PTO and also our benefits. Since switching to Rippling it has solved our issues of long down times, unable to take PTO as their software was down and also has solved the issue of overall satisfaction. Overall we love the use of Rippling and are glad that we made the switch from ADP. ADP was not meeting our needs and Rippling makes life much easier.

Pros

  • Reliable and never question if its up
  • PTO scheduling is a breeze
  • OT is very easy to know how much I've gotten
  • Benefits are easy to know what I have

Cons

  • I would love to see more functionality on the mobile app
  • I would love to enter the app with a passcode
  • Its been positive because of our 200 employees have easier times to clock in
  • Its been positive because of our HR being able to view points they could not before such as PTO and OT stats
  • Its been positive because of managers being able to view their employees clock in times
Rippling blows all of these options I selected above out of the water. The ease of use and how much it works with our needs is so much better. We are able to clock in and out with ease and able to have more accurate time cards and pay schedules

So usable that we are staying another year with 200+ employees. Thank you for all the easy use you all have provided and the ability to trust you with our data and able to get everyone's needs met and exceeded . Not only a great company you are a great friend
One scenario would be if I was talking to a friend and they said they use some other service I would talk about all the great things Rippling does and implements into their software to make it better than the others. I would then lead them to your website and also show them things if they asked.
