Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

At my organization, I use Rippling to enter my hours for payroll, manage and track my paystubs, manage/request and track my PTO/vacation time, and learn about/enroll in my insurance benefits. Rippling helps organize these import needs for us as employees all in one place in an organized, efficient fashion. It helps keep things organized so that these functions are all in one platform, as they all are related to each other.

Occasional glitchy-ness with the Tasks page.
Updates you make in your Account can sometimes take a while to process and be reflected.

Return on Investment

The process of insurance enrollment is seamless and easy to understand within Rippling, which makes employees feel empowered to understand their benefits and engage with the perks within the company.
The aesthetic appeal of Rippling paystub emails and the Rippling site improves employee sentiment and engagement.
The clear ability to track vacation/PTO improves employee satisfaction and makes employees feel more empowered.

Support Rating

I have not had to contact Rippling customer support for any reason. However, Rippling provides great resources regarding any issues you may have in your account and I imagine their customer support would match that in terms of quality. I was able to troubleshoot issues I experienced in my account on my own and figure out how to complete certain tasks thanks to the great resources on the site.

Usability

Rippling is super user-friendly and intuitive to use/understand. I was able to figure everything out in no time. The organization of the site is very common-sense. If anything is ever confusing for some reason, there are resources on the site to troubleshoot any issues easily. The aesthetics of the site are also appealing and improve the user experience.

Likelihood to Recommend

Rippling is great for management of benefits/pay. I think the platform works perfectly for those sorts of functions and that is all I have really seen it used for in my own case within my organization, so I cannot speak much to other scenarios. I think it is very appropriate for what it claims to be for.
