Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling for my payroll. It keeps my finances all in one spot and also allows me to keep track of my company benefits as an employee. It helps me understand my payroll and how much of my salary is taken out due to taxes, benefits, etc. Lastly, I am sure Rippling will make it easy to do my income tax later on.

  • The search bar could use improvements
  • Have not used the app but I can see it being hard to navigate
  • It would be nice to use Rippling to request days off

I believe Rippling is a 10 due to the interface it has and how easy it is to use. Again, it allows for employees to keep track of their finances and understand their pay and benefits.
I think Rippling is fantastic for the most part. It is really easy to use and understand. It allows you to see everything an employee would want to see and need as it keeps track of your payroll along with any additional benefits an employee may or may not have
