Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is use for Benefits Administration, Core HR, Payroll. I'm a Care coordinator, I use Rippling for clocking in and out, manage and request PTO, payroll paystubs, benefit management, education or mandatory yearly courses.

Pros

  • Benefit administration, everything in one place easy to submit any changes or questions
  • Payroll, paystubs, time off request and time management
  • Education

Cons

  • Actually, all the features that I currently use in Rippling are working fine
  • All in one platform easy to use
I was lockout of the platform didn't remember my password. Rippling acted quickly and resolve the matter

Easy to navigate
I use Rippling platform every day, since clocking in to clock out. Benefits administration, time management, PTO, sick or any other time off request, education or yearly courses. Is good to have everything on one place and is an easy platform to navigate.
