Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to track my clocking in and out as well as track lunches and breaks. This software also tracks our paid time off allowing employees to see how much time they have accrued as well as request paid time off even on their computers or the using the Rippling App on our phones.

Pros

  • Allows employees to see their State & Federal deductions as well as make changes as needed.

Cons

  • I don't have any suggestions this software manages all my needs as an employee.
I love this software and would recommend its use to any company looking for similar. The feel and style to it makes it very user friendly. The mobile app for employees really sets Rippling apart from competitors out their.

This software is very easy to use for both management and employees. The mobile app they created really stands out for its features and speed in which it works and loads.
This software very easy to use and I love the mobile app. Everything is in categories making it easy to find what I am looking for and make changes as needed. I have not even had any of my co-workers complain about any of the settings. I have used other payroll company's mobile apps and they are slow and can take some time to learn but I cannot say any of that with the Rippling mobile app its fast and very easy to use.
