Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for attendance tracking, payroll and HR processes which simplifies our lives, especially in regard to receiving our pay on time. We also use Rippling to view our Organizational charts and also store important documents. We can easily navigate on each feature because what you need is right in front of you upon logging in.

  • It has a significant impact because of its ability to consolidate and organize payrolls and HR documents.
  • Since Ripping is an all-in-one software, the company does not need multiple tools for each process.
  • Since we are not a big company, some of the features may not be utilized.
Although Rippling and Upwork have different functionalities, I just compared them based on payroll and attendance monitoring. I will still choose Rippling because this tool supports us in every way possible.
I have never contacted Rippling support as the tool is very easy to use.

This platform is clean and easy to navigate specially for a non-techy person like me. The features that we utilize daily during work hours helps us a lot in many ways.
Rippling makes it easy to pay employees on time specially for remote employees. Rippling also helps track our work hours for accurate compensations. This tool works well if the company has remote employees who lives in different places in the world. Every time I need to get information regarding policy and rules, i can easily go to my profile to view the documents. Maybe, for healthcare companies, Rippling may not be that suitable unless they add more features related to healthcare businesses.
