Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling for all HR functions, including payroll, performance management, time keeping, learning management, reporting, and benefits administration. I am the administrator of Rippling for our organization. Rippling has been an excellent tool to process payroll for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors. We had issues prior to Rippling because we used several different programs and software services to complete the necessary HR functions, but it could be confusing having information in various places. Rippling has been a wonderful solution to keep everything in one place for our employees.

- Reporting could be better with more pre-built reports (i.e. 401k report for payroll)
- The ACA feature is confusing and could be done differently to make it more user friendly
- An employee scheduling feature in the Time & Attendance module would be very useful
- Rippling has streamlined onboarding for new employees and added legitimacy to the onboarding experience
- Payroll has become easier for our outside accounting firm because of the accounting integration in Rippling
Rippling is easy to use for both the administrator and the employee. I love that Rippling is constantly looking for ways to improve their product. There are numerous integrations with other systems to make the administrative work more automated, thus keeping the admin labor costs to a minimum. We switched to Rippling after using Paylocity and we could not be happier that we made this change!
