Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used for payroll and time off requests. These can be challenging if not managed correctly and Rippling makes it easy

Rippling has a lot more features as opposed to the other programs I have used, and they seem to be better with their customer service. The interface is also a lot easier to use and manage when dealing with the team of people
Most everything is great, but it is hard to get a live person to respond, depending on what your problem is.

The app is super easy to use, and even if you do not have a lot of experience with these types of programs, you could easily follow it without any kind of tutorial and figure out the platform! It is one of the easier platforms I have used
It is well suited for start up businesses with easy interfaces but not as well suited for 1099 businesses
