Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling helps us in our onboarding process, oversees our software, takes care of our time off requests and approvals, and view our paystubs and payroll. We can also access our benefits on the platform.
The product addresses the need for different apps, and numerous people, as it gathers them all together under one app. At Circle Medical, I don't know how we would work without Rippling.

Rippling is far stronger, and has way more features than Humi. (We were using Humi at my last workplace, and it just doesnt stack up to Rippling.) There are not as many features, and it wasn't able to take care of our training properly. I ws always getting confused when using it. Not with Rippling!

I give it this high rating because I am impressed with its features. It is also very easy to use, and puts everything an employee needs in their fingertips. No more rummaging through paper files or numerous apps just to work on our different employee needs. It also makes management's job much easier.
Slack, Notion, Intercom
I think it suits our needs here in CM really well. Our IT, HR, and Finance are all rolled into this one product. Heck, even our employee training is through this app. I feel that this makes it so much easier for us users, as it puts everything under one roof, so to speak.
