Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I am an end user of Rippling and use it to manage paystubs, benefits, time off, enrollment in benefits, org chart and the standard features of Rippling. I want to be able to easily manage and see all my HR related info within the company I work for. I use Rippling regularly each week.

Pros

Cons

  • I can't think of anything that Rippling could improve on. In general it works well and solves my needs.

Gusto seems to not be as scalable or a suitable option for larger companies. When we used Gusto we had occasional issues that caused a delay.

Once we transitioned to Rippling I was considered there would be onboarding issues, but everything went over smoothly and there was no issue. In general, I like Rippling more than Gusto.
Whenever I need support I can usually get it from our HR team as they are well versed in using Rippling. I have not had a need to contact Rippling support myself, but in general I get support on the platform quickly when needed.

Overall, Rippling is very usable and easy to work with. I appreciate it's features and am impressed with all the different functionality and features.

The features I appreciate are SSO integration, viewing and managing my paystubs, benefits, and the org chart. It is also very easy to enroll in healthcare during open enrollment.
Rippling is a great HR Software tool. I use it in the scenario of an end user at a company of 150 employees. I have used Gusto as well in the past, but have found Rippling to have equivalent features and more compared to Gusto.

Gusto was good for a small sized company, but our HR changed to Rippling as we scaled as a company. The transition was easy and no disruptions were experienced.
