Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for payroll and tracking PTO.

Pros

  • Payroll is extremely detailed.
  • It is easy to check back on previous paystubs.
  • Scheduling time off is really easy.

Cons

  • It would be nice to be able to schedule a series of half-days in one action, rather than having to create each one individually.

With what I've used, it's been great.
There have been several times where I've needed to compare payroll changes, deductions, etc., and it is really helpful to be able to easily go back and compare to previous paystubs and figure out where the differences are.

There have been a few times I've needed to schedule a series of half days of PTO, and I wish those could be created in one action (like it is for full days of PTO), rather than having to create each one individually.
