Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for HR management, payroll, benefits administration. We used to manage it ourselves and it has been great to combine everything into a single platform.

Cons

  • I really like Rippling, I don't have complaints.
  • We have saved a ton of time on payroll and benefits administration.
We liked the simplicity of Rippling as well as the deep integrations.
I've submitted questions a few times and always gotten quick help.

Rippling has been really smooth and easy to use. We also really enjoy the emails saying "You got paid!". Those are a fun notification to get!
Rippling works really well for a company between 5-100 employees. We currently have 50 and its been ideal. I cannot speak to larger organizations.
