Roppling's Easy to use features

The response from support was surprisingly fast, my issue was not particularly complicated nor challenging but they still answered really fast and for me just being contacted on such a prompt manner was more than enough to be satisfied with the outcome, additionally they solved my problem on a really short window of time, I was back working on Rippling in probably no longer than 20 minutes.

Then again Rippling, has one of the most friendly user interfaces I've used, I didn't received any formal training from my company when we started using Rippling, nonetheless I've became use to navigating with the tabs pretty fast, and I've never struggled with finding the information I need in there.

The time and attendance time is really easy to use and allows for quick correction, sometimes due to the workload and the daily activities I've forgotten to clock out, or to register breaks, but every time you clock out regardless of the hour, Rippling will promptly to review my time card details and if something was not input correctly it will allow you to submit a correction from that same screen which it has work wonders for me on the job. Something that is not as convenient for me, is the fact that you can't choose the order on which the tabs are displayed on the main screen and there are some features that I don't really use as frequently for example the time off tab, and it's on top of some other tabs that I do use daily more than once a day, and I would like to have the option to have a custom display.
