Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My organization uses Rippling as the main HR management system. As a recent new hire, Rippling has made the onboarding process smooth and seamless. It is great having everything in one place, easily accessible, and with a user interface that is intuitive and makes sense. Rippling definitely eliminates any frustrations as an employee when trying to access important information quickly!

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Info all in one place
  • Seamless onboarding for new hires
  • Makes a lot of sense!

Cons

  • Open enrollment suggestions were a little confusing at first, but then made sense after poking around the system for a bit.

Really easy to navigate as a new hire!
I think Rippling has been wonderful as a new hire for a large, fully remote company. I came from higher education and think it would have been a great resource in that space as well. It is very modern, not clunky, and easy to navigate which has been a breath of fresh air!
