Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as our HR, payroll, compliance, and and recruiting solution. Rippling's robust offerings means we have everything we need in one platform, with shared data and the ability to run thorough, custom reporting. The clean and intuitive interface also means that it's easy to navigate all of the modules.

Pros

  • Very easy to use
  • Customizable to our exact needs
  • Great customer support

Cons

  • The dashboard is hard to read because the focus is on the icons rather than the names of the modules. I don't have the icons memorized
  • We need the ability to better organize employee documents. We want folders!
  • Rippling has freed up time so that Ops Management can focus on larger projects rather than chasing compliance deadlines or executing daily functions across multiple platforms.
So much better and far more comprehensive. Greater degrees of customization and much better support and informational resources
Great chat bot, easy escalation, very considerate touch points and support from account staff and tech support, and wonderful guidance in the help articles.

Everything mentioned thus far. Ease of use, clean look, shared data across so many modules, robust offerings, and great customer support
Rippling is wonderful for small to mid-size businesses that don't have a full HR department. And even as we develop an internal HR department, Rippling still makes it incredibly easy to have all information, reporting, and functionality in one place. It is wonderful to have so many modules that talk to each other.

Rippling is not yet ideal for sensitive employee documents and file storage. It is still one large bank of documents without the ability to organize in folders and this is a big opportunity.
