Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I am an employee of this company; I mainly use riggling to monitor benefits and request time off. I check the app frequently to see my total time off hours accrued; they even use a wise schedule that can account for future PTO hours accumulated by the time I request vacation or time off. It also syncs well with Betterment for our 401k.

Pros

  • Ease of Use.
  • Information is Secure with dual verification.
  • User friendly interface.

Cons

  • The security features can be tedious but necessary.
  • I wish it were easier to transfer previous accounts I've used, but that's more of a betterment issue than Rippling.
  • I thankfully have not had to contact customer support, the app is pretty self sufficient.
  • Rippling is a great time saver, I don't have to consult a manual or HR.
  • Requesting off is remarkably easy and allows an easy work flow for our team.
  • Monitoring my benefits is a super quick reference on the sight.
Rippling has a much more modern feel, is less clunky, and is easier to navigate. I got really frustrated with Proliant's tracking of hours/benefits, and it never seemed accurate. I don't have that problem with Rippling.
I haven't had to reach out to support. That tells ya how good the product is.

Very easy interface to monitor benefits, keep track of expenses, monitor payroll, and submit time off.
This is a modern approach to payroll/benefits management. Other apps are remarkably archaic and clunky. Rippling has an easy-to-use interface that helps me monitor my benefits and my accrued time off, and requests are super easy to submit. It's also very helpful for submitting comped meals and travel expenses to my company. Highly recommend.
