Easy-breezy, Rippling
Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I use Rippling to login my hours, plan my time off, review my paystubs, monitor my Benefits (FSA and Commuter benefits), view who's on my team, and learn more about the tools I have as an employee. Rippling seeks to streamline the functionality of the every-day resources available to employees. I mostly am on the receiving-end of Rippling, as an employee of my organization.
Pros
- Clearly breaks down transactions on my Benefits card and allows me to dispute charges or look up extra info on how to maximize my benefits
- Reminds me of time-sensitive items, such as opting out of health insurance or benefits
- Provides support in every matter by directing users to links associated with the topic at hand
Cons
- It takes some digging around to find the links that users may need, such as when they need to dispute a claim.
- I would like for Rippling to have the names & contact info of the people within HR that I should reach out to regarding a more specific issue
- A more interactive and engaging Feed
- A way to learn more about my colleagues that is beyond the length of time spent working in the office
Rippling is much more useful for me to navigate my company since it's almost 10-20x the size of my previous organization. For instance, I could identify who was who in my company, and how long they have been working in NYLAG. I had a better sense of how to utilize my benefits. At the same time, I think Gusto is a bit more aesthetically pleasing because they incorporate much more colors. It makes it more physically engaging to interact with
