Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling in our company to manage all Benefit Management, Scheduling, Reports, etc. It is incredibly easy to use, and the platform has a nice layout of the tasks that you are looking for. The information processes and saves immediately (no waiting period). I find the "Forms" tab very useful to manage start dates, open enrollment dates and any new demographic changes to benefits. We recently had a company come in for IRA's and there is even a tab called "Additional Insurance Information" that you are able to store the names of your selected stocks and bonds so that you can easily go back to it next year when you want to compare how the plans performed. We could not be happier with Rippling - try it out - the customer service is also amazing!

Rippling is truly the best product out in the market. It will save you a ton of money in managing employees. It is very easy to use, and the information never goes away.
Customer Service is prompt and very helpful - no waiting and long hold times. Agents are friendly and very knowledgeable. When I had to call in to add a benefits section the agent even gave me some tips on how to word the section so that employees would understand it better.

Overall usability is easy to set up and implement. The general email convenience has helped us to manage every employee. No down time re-creating information or passwords.
Rippling is the best tool for managing time for employees. It is very easy to use, immediately up to date and there with just a click of a button!
