Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I use Rippling for reviewing our organization chart, scheduling time off, reviewing my pay, completing additional training and reviewing my benefits. The business problem that this addresses is keep company information is a central secure location that easy to navigate and understand. The scope of my is anything related to company policy
Pros
- Easy to navigate; everything is right in front of you with clear explanations
- Allows quick access to making requests, scheduling time off is a matter of a few clicks
- Clearly shows my trainings that have been completed and what's pending or upcoming
Cons
- The only thing I personally would like improved is the aesthetic of the website. It looks dated and ugly
- Rippling has streamlined my ability to make time off requests and review anything pay/benefit related
