Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Here at Foxen Administration, we use Rippling for Employee Human Resources. It is the hub for anything related to benefits/payroll/time off management. There aren't any business problems that I'm aware of, as Rippling has proven to be most useful and resourceful as it provides employees accessibility at the touch of a hand. Rippling is a one stop shop for all employees whether it be remote or in office.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Access Rippling Application via smartphone: This feature allows accessibility on the go. This feature is useful for employees that may be on the constant goal; sales and relationship management find that it is easy and user friendly without the need for support.
Rippling sends automated reminders for action items that may be related to onboarding or training. With busy work schedules, the reminders are very resourceful and give back the time it would take to continuously track due dates for all employees.
Lastly, Rippling is user friendly and organized very well. The design of the site is easy flowing, allowing all users the confidence to navigate.

Cons

No suggestions for improvement, I've only experienced positive interaction with Rippling.

Alternatives Considered

I am not involved with selection of applications or services on behalf of our company. This is something that I do not feel comfortable speaking to. I do not believe we use any other Rippling affiliated products here at Foxen Administration.

I have not needed to call support in the 1 year I've used Rippling for its services.

Usability

I would give Rippling an overall 10 for usability as it is clear and concise when it comes to navigating the site. Even in the mobile application, Rippling is setup for ease of use. There are organized categories on the left-hand side that make it easy to follow steps and processes to complete necessary tasks.

Likelihood to Recommend

Rippling surpassed other servicers for employee engagement/management. It has a feature that most use daily, which is the Org Chart. This clearly outlines the chain of command. I find that this feature is interactive as you click each role/individual it will break down their direct reports/roles for easy access and viewing.
