Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As an employee, I have found Rippling very helpful to be able to request and track my time off, to view paystubs both current and historical, have easy access to all tax/employee documents, and to be able to easily find what is needed all in one place. The problem this has solved is not having to complete multiple steps through multiple platforms and simplifying HR related processes.

Extremely user friendly with colorful design, easy to see icons, and organization of the platform is easy to utilize

With time off, both flexible and set, this feature can be really helpful for employees who have a hard time remembering what they have requested, what has been approved, what still remains. Maybe have a major calendar feature (not in list form) that can be viewable with all company holidays, time off, and other important dates that can all be in one place as a calendar app
