Rippling: Easy Platform to manage on boarding and employee benefits

Rippling is used as an employee hub. Employees can find out about their paystubs, log vacation hours, and keep track of benefits. In general, it serves as the central hub for us to keep track of all of their benefits at our company. I love Rippling because it makes it easy to find necessary information about employee holidays, request vacation time, and keep track of my paycheck. If I ever forget an organizational-type question, I can generally find it on my Rippling account. I also have the Rippling app which provides ease of use when I am away from my computer or if I have a question about my benefits or something on a day off. I can just access it through my phone without logging in online. I would say the top thing I use Rippling for is to keep track of my pay and log in there to manage my paychecks/ accounts they are distributed to.
