Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I like that you get notifications when getting paid, I particularly liked push notifications in my phone, but I'd like to be able to review my payments status in detail in the app. Currently the detailed payment status is only available on web, which makes it more difficult to check that information on the go.

Push notifications make all the difference. I didn't select Rippling myself, but the company I work for did. They've been working with Rippling for a while and employees are satisfied; we're a worldwide team and it's important the payments go directly to employees back accounts on time while maintaining the user updated as well.

Usability

There's not a ton of features so in both web and app, the home is simple, pretty easy to read so it's easier to identify where to clic when navigating. Since I just used Rippling to get paid by my company, in other apps with more features, more buttons could make navigation confusing and more difficult.

Rippling is perfect if you want to keep track of your payments, transfer that money to different accounts.

If you get paid in Mexico, more than 15k pesos monthly, the 3th party that Rippling uses to pay you is a registered provider before SAT, so the tax institution can have records of your payments.
