Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to manage my time off, benefits, and compensation. This is the main HR tool for our company. I also have the "Learning Management" section of the platform available to me for any trainings that may be assigned to us to complete. Additionally, our Org Chart exists in Rippling and I use that quite a bit to take a look at roles and management.

Pros

  • I love the Dashboard when I log into Rippling and the personal app icons that appear there.
  • I love how easy it is to request time off.
  • I love how easy it has been to view my pay and tax documents.

Cons

  • The App Shop section can be slow to load.
  • I'm not sure if there is anything in the App Shop that is relevant to the ways that I use Rippling. Some clear guidance on this section of the platform could be helpful.
  • The Org Chart page is tough to navigate and expand and collapse the different sections.
  • I am not involved in the ROI on this product since I am just an entry-level employee using the product as it has been configured for my role.

This is the best product I've used when it comes to overall usability. I think every part of this product has a user-friendly user interface that is very intuitive for anyone with any level of software experience. I have never had issues with the product that required me to look at a support article or reach out to a support representative to solve.
Rippling has been a great tool as an entry-level employee. I have experiences with other HR tools and I think Rippling has been the most user-friendly for someone who simply needs to request the correct time off, configure how their payments are distributed to their bank accounts, and take a look at the org chart to learn everyone's roles.
