Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I like the idea of combining workforce management tasks is what I like the most about Rippling, Time Off, Reviews & Approvals (customization of apps from the organization here is a win). The security it offers via 2FA is another win for information security, and the amount of time and manual work it saves by integrating all these in one place, I can say a few clicks to go onboard. All the features together make it a top-notch option in this category for anyone who is looking for a workforce management platform

Pros

  • Work-force management in timeoff
  • Customization of apps, organizations can customize apps according to their needs of org, this is a pro.
  • The seamless integration from data to application, the UI and the services making it a top-notch in its category

Cons

  • Mobile app has some limitations.
  • Advanced features need some sessions of explanantions, its making it tough to use those.
  • saving time, manual work
  • The scalability, for the growing team it offered.
  • may be the negative is done while exploring the Rippling while learning about it.
I have never raised a ticket or something regarding Rippling, but my hr says its a responsive team, when my hr updates them with onboarding user details, regarding the effectiveness of work done.

Because it's a robust all-in-one platform, packed with customizable apps, and impressive features.
I like the idea of all workforce management tasks in one place, the one-stop destination I can say, that including 3rd party integration scalability offers, is a top-notch feature in its category.
Keeping all these pros and all those impressive features it offers across the platform, I would strongly recommend this platform.
The customization it offers, the seamless integration from back-end data to the front-end applications.
The 3rd party integrations it offers for security(2FA), and other features, because every organization might be using different apps for different use cases, integration with them to track here is very crucial.
As a dev, I know it's just JSON data to the UI experience, but not as easy to develop such an integrating platform.
