Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling helps us organize our company's HR matters (from onboarding to sending documents), it helps us with HR compliance, and it helps us get the best benefits we can for our employees (along with managing those benefits). They also provide a central location for all of these aspects. It truly is a single source of truth.

  • Sometimes support sends old links that no longer work
  • Terminated employees do not know how to easily access their accounts in the future
  • Documents could be released more quickly (e.g., W-2s)

It is great, even the AI. You can almost always get an answer within minutes. The only problem is that sometimes the AI does not know that answer and you get connected to 3 departments before they find the right department to help you. If you can't get an answer right away, you usually get it within a few hours.

Rippling is extremely user-friendly. Most employees do not struggle at all with it. The only downside is that sometimes it is hard to know what all the options are, since there are so many. A personalized, live training might be helpful for admins, but it is pretty easy to learn as you go.
Rippling works very well for providing HR advice. For example, if there is a workplace complaint, Rippling provides advice through all of the steps. Rippling also works very well for payroll and for providing and managing benefits. It also will work if you operate in different countries. Rippling does not replace an actual HR manager.
