Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling for everyday HR functions as payroll, benefit manager, onboarding and offboarding of new and former employees, as well as w2 generation, and internal collaborations. Rippling has opened our eyes to gaps that we had internally in our HR process specifically in relations to onboarding. It seamlessly integrated with our benefits provider and we have had zero problems with payroll since implementing.
Pros
- Streamlines the onboarding process of new employees
- The side by side mobile app is easy to setup and easier to use
- the customer support is fast knowledgeable and responsive
Cons
- I wish the mobile app was a mirror of the desktop version. It is missing some features that forces you to go back and forth in between the app and the desktop version
- There are so many tools that sometimes you can get lost in some of the things that are not for your company
- Im all for security but you have to verify every time you log into Rippling.
- So far we have had zero issues after implementation other than the usual user errors.
- The cost was a major concern for us but it is basically paying for itself with the amount of time we are saving using Rippling.
- The transition from the old pay service provider to Rippling went as smoothly as possible with the help of the Rippling onboarding workflow
