Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for everyday HR functions as payroll, benefit manager, onboarding and offboarding of new and former employees, as well as w2 generation, and internal collaborations. Rippling has opened our eyes to gaps that we had internally in our HR process specifically in relations to onboarding. It seamlessly integrated with our benefits provider and we have had zero problems with payroll since implementing.

Pros

  • Streamlines the onboarding process of new employees
  • The side by side mobile app is easy to setup and easier to use
  • the customer support is fast knowledgeable and responsive

Cons

  • I wish the mobile app was a mirror of the desktop version. It is missing some features that forces you to go back and forth in between the app and the desktop version
  • There are so many tools that sometimes you can get lost in some of the things that are not for your company
  • Im all for security but you have to verify every time you log into Rippling.
  • So far we have had zero issues after implementation other than the usual user errors.
  • The cost was a major concern for us but it is basically paying for itself with the amount of time we are saving using Rippling.
  • The transition from the old pay service provider to Rippling went as smoothly as possible with the help of the Rippling onboarding workflow
Paycor vs Rippling their are similarities but the major difference has been the customer service and self help tools. Rippling customer service is like no other. They are prompt and helpful at any time of day.
Coming from a tool where support was little to none. Rippling support is responsive knowledgeable and helpful. They have constantly exceeded our expectations by providing outstanding support at all times of day. We are able to assist our employees promptly and accurately thanks to the support of Rippling. Not only is the cs amazing, the self help tools go above and beyond as well.

I gave it a nine because it meets all of the bells and whistles that were promised to us during the sales pitch from Rippling sales associates. However I did not give it a ten because there are a lot of areas and tools that we may be able to use that were not fully explained to us during implementation. The software is robust and we would love to use it at full capabilities.
We have over a 1000 employees and have had no issues after implementing. That was big for us versus the previous product we used. I had to call customer service one time to get a new employee's email address corrected and there was no wait time and the rep was fast and knowledgeable.
I have never had service so friendly and timely like that before.
