Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is the most used product in our organization. We use Rippling to track our leaves which helps organization to track the type of leave we are taking and the reason. The best feature i liked the most is simple Performance Apprisal Report form which helps us and the manager and cycle admins to take a look into the contribution that we had done to the company and appreciate our performance. We can even track our regular tasks.

The easy to use i user friendly interface that has simple flow to apply leave, track leave status. the Mytasks section to check the pending tasks and completed tasks. PAR form status and report given by manager about our performance and the payroll hike that we are going to get. the Organization chart to look about a particular role person to contact when we face an issue
When we want to know a particular person (e.g a senior developer or devops ) who we need to contact when we need a resolution for a issue, we can look into organization chart and we can contact that person from the information we can get from the chart. Mainly when we are in review cycle period PAR form filling is done easily and we can find the report given by manager on our perfomance.
