Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling to schedule off for holidays, personal days, sick leave, etc. It keeps track of all benefit hours. We can also send and receive training courses. There is payroll as well. Rippling has a massive platform with many options to help your growing company!

Rippling's platform as a whole is easy for everyone involved to navigate!
It is very easy for an employee to request time off. It's also very easy for a supervisor to approve/deny the requested time off. Notifications are sent immediately.
