Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I am an end user of this tool. It helps me keep track of my PTO and sick leave balances. I can also use documents like a job letter and pay stubs to help with business transactions.

Pros

  • Easy to submit my PTO.
  • I can review my pay stubs easily.
  • Easy to use interface.

Cons

  • I think the UI can use an upgrade, it looks a bit old.
  • As and end user I am able to easily track my leave balances.

It gets the job done for me, but aesthetically, it could use an upgrade.
I don't have administrative privileges, so I am unsure how that works. I think it's a good tool for what I use it for.
