Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use riggling as an all-in-one with my company. We use it to keep time daily. To keep up with paid time off and sick leave. It also has my benefits attached and shows me all my benefits through my company. It has training lessons that renew and update occasionally, and I can use them to excel in the company. It keeps up with all my tax forms and information. It has all the documents I've ever signed within the company stored for my use. There are so many wonderful features on Rippling that I take full advantage of and use daily. It truly is a one-do-all program.

Pros

  • Keeps all the documents within the company involving me available to access at any time.
  • It is an excellent time-tracking application. From the clock-in time on a day-to-day basis to tracking my pto and sick leave.
  • Keeps track and displays all my current benefits within the company.
  • Shows and keeps record of all my paychecks over the years.

Cons

  • Some times adjusting time if you made an error can be complicated.
  • I really have no feedback for this.
  • I'm really not sure of any improvements I'd suggest to Rippling.
  • I'm really not sure I'm just an employee who uses the program.
  • I love how it keeps up with all my paychecks over the years.
  • I enjoy the ease of use of the program as a whole.
Rippling is much better than Deltek Costpoint. Costpoint was not clear at all to use. Things were hard to find and understand. We also used to use so many different programs to find other information. Rippling streamlines everything in one convenient place, including all the information I need for my company.

Awesome. I love using Rippling. It is very easy to navigate and use. Everything is straightforward. It is not hard to find what you are looking for. Everything is laid out simply right in front of you. I use Rippling for everything. Sometimes, I get on during my off days to search around and ensure I haven't missed anything new.
Rippling is perfect for keeping track of my PTO and allowing me to request specific vacation days off plenty of time in advance. Its time-tracking functions are easy to navigate and helpful. I would suggest Ripping for timekeeping to anyone. I don't know examples of when it would not be appropriate to use.

Evaluating Rippling and Competitors

Yes - Deltek Costpoint. This old program was much more complicated to used and did not provide as many feature as Rippling. Rippling streamlined everything into one all in one app for us to use. All time keeping and employee information all in one convenient spot. I'm very happy with our switch from Costpoint to Rippling.

The ability to have one program that does it all was most important for me in making this decision. Rippling has all that I need all in one place. I don't have to rely on a bunch of different apps to make it all happen. I can use it all in one convenient place in Rippling.
Yes if I had to do it again I would make the exact same switch. I hope that my company keep Rippling for time to come. It is so easy to use and stores all of my information in one spot. I don't want to have to re-learn and adjust to a new program all over again. Rippling for the win!
